APPLY FOR A CARD!
Anyone can apply for a Bourne Library CLAMS card. Download an application using one of the links below. Print the form, complete it and bring it with a picture ID including proof of address to the circulation desk at the Jonathan Bourne Public Library. It takes just a few minutes to set up a card.

Applicants between the ages of 5 and 17 years of age, must have a parent or guardian sign the application, accompany their child to the library, and present proper identification. Click here for an application.
